It was terrible here until about 8 months ago. Three separate EA locations were completely OTS. I thought like you that EA was going under when in fact they were upgrading them. Granted, they could have staggered/sequenced the work better instead of shutting 3 locations down at the same time...

Within the past year, EA has upgraded all or almost all of their chargers in the Las Vegas area to 350kW and added a new 6-bank station. While I've never gotten over 225kW, my experience is that there are fewer chargers out of service. IMO, EA has improved a lot here.

No, my update was quick, under 15 minutes. Only "issue" was the app told me I had to manually unlock the doors.

I think this is the new reality for me, maybe others here. My 3-year free charging from EA ends in December. I have an Autel charger with the J-plug hard-wired in my garage plus the Lucid mobile charger in the trunk so all good, at least while I'm in town. For my couple of trips to SoCal...

You definitely want something bigger than 100A subpanel in the garage. The 100A will handle the Lucid charger - and nothing else (80% rule). Go for the 150A if you can so you can power up lights, portable A/C if you work in it during the summer, air compressor, other toys, etc :)

I was good with everything you said until you got to 2 speakers. Play Orchestral Suite in D aka Air on the G String. Then Ravel's Bolero with the sound cranked up. It's been over 2 years of ownership and I have a smile every time I get in the Touring. I have a Samsung S24. Can't say I miss AA...

I saved my copy of the charge receipt: 39 min charge time $0.00, 1 min Idle Fee $0.00, Total $0.00. Just in case I had to call my credit card company, but the pending charge dropped so all good.

This scenario matched mine, except the charge is now $75. I looked at my card app and it showed "pending" for about 5 business days then disappeared.

For reference, I have 2023 Touring with DDP and SSP and still on 2.6.0

Got my notice yesterday and currently installing.

Car delivered and washed. Daniel said they tried to recalibrate but were unsuccessful. They removed the pillar cameras and replaced the connectors. All is well. They put over 50 miles of testing on my car. If there was a concierge-level of service, this would be it. Can't say enough good...

Update: I got a call from Francisco today. They tried to recalibrate the cameras but the error has not gone away, so they are going to replace one or several. Communication with Lucid has been over the top. Francisco and everybody have been unbelievable in keeping me in the loop, even...

You are absolutely right. I have laser assist (those red dots). Even with them, I still do a visual if the cameras malfunction. Better safe than sorry. I think it's the 4th or 5th camera issue in 2+ years for me; hopefully in the rear-view (pun intended) after Lucid returns my vehicle.

As soon as the technician left after installing the hardware update for 2.5, I got the front camera error while trying to park my car in the garage. The screen went blank with the warning. Contacted CS and they recommended a reset. All good for about a week, then error returned. Lucid came...

Had my "hardware" fix for the latest update today. Daniel checked the air on my tires and "deflated" them to 42 psi. I told him the sticker on the door pillar says 49; he said that's for 19". Lucid stuck the standard sticker on my door so I've been riding "rough" for the last couple of years...

My Touring, delivered December, 2022 is on its third fob battery. I've never used my valet card, but I think I should so I'll know what to do if the fob fails. Car lights up when I'm near it with my Samsung Android phone.
