    Charging curve logs post 2.1.52

I did not see that much difference in Pure/Touring vs DE/GT in all the data I collected at EA mostly because the EA is limitation

Impressions of my first long road trip

My experience on 8k mile trip CA to Montreal and back in pure 19inch awd was overall average 3.7 miles per KWh average speed 65mph ac set to 75 fan speed 7 in hot weather and 68 and seat warmer in cold weather. I like to stop every 2.5hrs to 3hrs which is max 200 miles and charge for 15 to 20...

Looking to understand the Lucid Pure experience from anyone here + I'll take a referral code if you are willing!

After 1 year 3 months 13k miles including an 8k mile road trip to Montreal from CA I see no degradation on the interior of air pure or the performance. I too highly recommend ddp awd but I don't care much for ssp. It came with it when I bought it.

    New HOV sticker (CA)

All stickers expire in 2025. I bought ioniq 5 for my wife leased Dec 8th and bought out and received title but still not CAV certificate 2.5 months after sending 2 checks. 1 with the temp registration and 1 with the permanent one and did not cash either and no response. Orange stickers expire...

Yes. The whole topic of epa vs actual range has been thoroughly discussed.

Pulled the Trigger on Feb. 29th. ETA approx. 2 ~ 5 months.

My point is relative epa efficiency and not absolute at any driving speed

Getting Android Auto into the Lucid

I understand your frustration but we now have a way of getting AA in Lucid. Let Lucid do other things in software for us which we cannot get otherwise.

Getting Android Auto into the Lucid

But be aware that it only take 4G LTE SIM card and your phone does much faster 5G and can be used as a hotspot even if you pay extra for the hotspot.

If you plan to own the car for a long time, think about 256mile epa range on 81kWh battery 3.2 miles per kWh BMW vs Touring 410miles epa range 92kWh battery 4.4 miles per kWh if you like the ugly grill. Anyway, that is just my opinion.

    Consumer Reports

We already know how to get the epa range if we want to and how speed has impact on the efficiency. As long as charging is not a problem we can choose to compromise range and drive as we please. Safely. Without getting tickets. 😂

RESOLVED Can't find the keybob in my car!

Man! That sucks. It happened to me in the past but not with Lucid. I used a flash light and looked in every nook and cranny and finally found it between the driver's seat and the console between driver and passenger deep inside.

Who paid to keep Sirius? Most of our 'trials' expire in a few days!

The frequency response of my 67 year old years cannot tell the difference between YouTube music YouTube audio quality and Sirius lol. So I never bothered to use Sirius. I have YouTube premium family account good for 6 people for watching or listening offline too without ads.

    Post/share your non-Lucid other car(s)! (ICE-appreciation thread?)

My bike mobile and dog mobile is 2005 Toyota Sienna XLE Limited FWD with 127k miles now being used barely 100 miles a month. Super reliable but 17mpg local 25mpg highway. My insurance is more than depreciation or any other cost but happy dogs and great bike rides with 3 bikes total weight 100lb...

    Post/share your non-Lucid other car(s)! (ICE-appreciation thread?)

Wife's crossover EV Ioniq 5 RWD Limited. She loves the heads up display and built in nav. Carplay and AA is what I like. Epa 303 but her local driving gets her 330 and she is mighty proud of it. She has no issues using the free EA charge. She gets on the 150kw charger 44% to 87% in 24 min 35kwh...

    Android Auto Thursday

Now that I joined a few others and have carlinkit which lets me use android auto on Lucid for $200 and a 5 min setup, I encourage other Android folks to do it and let Lucid do something we all want. Carlinkit android auto for lucid which behaves like carplay and connects to lucid wireless and...

Why do people use Apple CarPlay or Android Auto?

I have both google maps and lucid running many times. In traffic I found that Google maps do better on alternate routes Lucid here maps can take you to the wrong place sometimes. If you are in the SF bay area try navigating to costco Fremont and trader Joe's Fremont. You will be directed behind...

    Charging curve logs post 2.1.52

I collected charging curve data long ago and since then my observation at EA is that with lucid pure 92kwh battery whether it is 350kw or 150kw 30% to 80% average was not much better than 1.5kwh per min which in my case is about 5.5 miles per min at 3.7 miles per KWh. In a long distance trip I...
