Have them pulled back and take a look at the gateway mount my car had a leak in the rear window which went down into the main gateway unit the unit would start to malfunction... Then it would dry out and everything would be fine needless to say the leak was repaired the unit was replaced and so...

Nope as long as your phone is unlocked and the car is booted yes sometimes I have to reboot the device because of timing issues but other than that I have no complaints... Also Android auto sometimes has problems on its own just received an Android auto update hopefully it'll take care I've...

I've had my unit now for about 3 months works fine Android auto loads by itself as long the car is fully loaded.... I have no complaints

it connects via wifi by the software in the box it looks for aa and links your phone the box connects the usb to carplay the software does the lifitng

u dont pair bluetooth it talks from the usb and wifi only

dont repair to the car just let the box do its thing first see what happens i do not pair to the car ....i run through the box only

forget all connections and disconect bluetooth then reboot your phone let the box do it magic be patientit invokes the connections do not connect in the android partion it sound to me you trying to connect yourself and overide the software maybe the problem

I find if you clear the phone also as per bluetooth and wireless it fixs alot of pain :cool:

Did you reinstall all the apps and playstore sounds like software not hardware very little can go wrong unless bluetooth is dead

Just go into setup I'm not in the car right now and I'm not near it so I can't check but in setup you can do a factory reset like you would reset your phone don't worry about that password reset
