    New GT owner in NJ

Welcome to the Lucid Owners Community. I have a home in Hunterdon County too (Delaware Township) although we spend much of the year at our place in Scottsdale, AZ (which is where we keep our AGT). My wife and I were in NJ for the last seven months of 2023 and we were shocked by how few Lucids we...

Lucid rally and factory tour- AZ Lucid Owners - Jan 27th

I am a Lucid AGT owner in Scottsdale and I enrolled in the Lucid Owners Club but I haven’t received an invitation to AZ rally/factory tour. Any suggestions about how to fix that?

    Philly area

I’m really surprised by how few Lucids there are in the Philly area. I have a home in Scottsdale AZ where my wife and I spend most of the year and a home in the Philly area where we spend most of the summer and the holidays. In Scottsdale, it’s not unusual to see four Lucids during any given...

    Best reactions to your Air

Random guy walks up to me in my car (black GT with 21s) and says: "I'm not a car guy but that is the best looking car I have ever seen."

    Post Realistic Mileage Here….

I have put about 4,000 miles on my AGT with 21” wheels. I have averaged 3.4 mi/kWh since the day I picked the car up. 99% Smooth and 1 % Swift. Only rarely have I accelerated aggressively. About 20% has been highway driving. Scottsdale weather. Should I be doing better than 3.4?

    Hunting wild Lucid Airs

AGT’s are no longer scarce, at least not in the Scottsdale area. While running a short errand this afternoon, I saw four of them (not including mine). Two silvers, one black and one red.

    Arizona

For those living in or near Scottsdale and who, like me, are too lazy to hand wash their cars, Pit Stop Auto Detailing offers unlimited exterior hand washes for $99/month -- basically the same cost as taking your car to an automatic car wash once a week. They are located near Kierland. They...

    Zero charge Lucid Air

After the first few days of three months sitting unplugged and untouched, my car lost less that 1/2% SOC each day in a very hot AZ garage.

    Zero charge Lucid Air

No AC in the garage. So the ambient temperature during the virtually the whole time the car was in storage was >90°.

    Zero charge Lucid Air

We left our AGT unplugged in our garage in AZ for three months (we spend summers in the Philly area). During that time the SOC went from 80% to 47%. So we could have left it sitting for at least 4-5 months without a problem.

    Homelink issue with gate programming

Maybe you should reboot the car and try again (if you haven’t already).

    Homelink issue with gate programming

No. The remote did not stop blinking. Instead the horn beeped (signaling success) just a few seconds after I placed the remote beneath the “L” on the front of the car.

    Homelink issue with gate programming

I just tried this and it worked perfectly. Thanks! The key is that, as you said, there is no need to push a learn/program button on the receiver (and therefore no need for assistance from the HOA or security company). All you need is a remote that is already programmed to operate the gate.

Snowbirding in AZ and resident of WA - registration question

Not true that you need an AZ drivers license to register a car in AZ. I registered several cars in AZ with a PA license.

    Charger FAQ/Explanation

I had planned to buy a ChargePoint Flex home charger but my electrician is suggesting I buy a Tesla home charger (which he says works with a Lucid). Bad idea?

Who is coming to Scottsdale breakfast Sept 24?

I would love to be there but won’t. I’m on the east coast until October.

My Air touring has a cracked windshield and been in the shop for 11 weeks with no end in sight

Although I’m generally reluctant to jump to the conclusion that a poster is being untruthful — including in this case — I find the notion that any car would be in the shop for 11+ weeks for a windshield replacement extremely implausible.
