I don't use carplay cause I have android auto but to me it's better now. I don't use android auto much and before this update, the car would try to connect to android auto every time I get in. Now it only connects to android auto when I want it to. I use Bluetooth most of the time and with this...
I have my windows up when I drive so outside noise doesn't really affect my music volume. Do you drive with your windows down? Even when my music is loud, I even have an aftermarket 12" subwoofer, having conversations with isn't an issue.

I installed it by following the included instructions. I called 2 places that was referred by Tork Central and was quoted $1500 by one and the other one didn't know at all.
Safe reverse feature? When I reverse initially it'll brake and give me a message of I want to continue. I've had a couple of occasions where it wouldn't let me reverse so I just turned off collision protection and everything was fine.
It's a nice hitch. Didn't want to cut the bumper but now I know I can back my car up without my bike rack hitting the curb. The instructions were eh. They should've said what size socket to use instead of just saying use a socket to remove a bolt
I bought the front splitter and the trunk spoiler. The front splitter and is low but durable. I've scraped it plenty of times and it held up. The trunk spoiler is nice also. If I had to go out again I would get the gloss black cause it would match my car better
