    Gravity accessories slowly appearing

Has anyone seen crossbars/luggage bars for Gravity in the Lucid shop? I see them for the Air but not even a “coming soon” for Gravity. I’d really like them more than I’d like/need the front trunk cushion…but that’s just me, of course…

    Gravity; SUV or Minivan

Yes, but…I think the front area for an EV really serves two purposes now (with no ICE): 1) Safety - providing some form of barrier and rigidity/compression for crash safety 2) Convenience - front trunk area So doing away with it, like Canoo, probably would be really tough.

    Gravity; SUV or Minivan

I own an R1S. One of the first quad motors. So I am speaking from experience. Rivian is a great brand and it’s cars meet many needs. No doubt Rivian was focused on off roading. Ironically, where I live, the R1S has become the main mom-mobile. I bought the R1S because it was closer to the...

    Gravity; SUV or Minivan

But what’s amazing is how much larger Gravity is INSIDE compared to other EVs, like R1S. Third row is appreciably larger than R1S and X. My kids had no issue getting into, sitting and out of Gravity third row. They refuse third row of X and only one can barely fit in the R1S. And yes, I had...

    Gravity Plan B

EA is awful. When that’s all I could use with my Rivian all road trips were touch and go. EA was either broken or charged super slow - and locations far off in Walmart parking lots were sketchy. It’s one reason I am happy everyone is going to NACS. Just did a roadtrip in Rivian with NACS...

    Lucid partnership

That’s fair re: 3,000/year but I don’t think we know, except for HUD and plugs, that they’re parts constrained. Their CEO did say they’ve unclogged parts of the supply chain on Bloomberg the other day. We shall see.

    Lucid partnership

Biggest fear/issue here is Lucid can’t make anywhere near enough Gravity right now for US and KSA. Anything that takes them away from Gravity ramp for normal buyers is a concern. They also really need to focus and spend on lower priced models…

    Gravity Delivery Discussion

That’s a very fair point. We know this to be true, so that does come back to whether or not your SA is proactive and, of course, it appears to be very random both with respect to SAs and when a Gravity is available and where. Also, whether you are flexible. I was not flexible with platinum v...

    Lucid partnership

Nice release. Good for Lucid. Kind of irrelevant right now as the ramp is so slow. Why can’t they use the Air? I don’t see folks piling into the third row of the Gravity…I’d say the tray tables would be nice in a robotaxi but the Gravity manual explicitly states they should NOT be used when...

    Gravity Delivery Discussion

I don’t know how SAs get paid for Gravity. For Air, they get paid once per month and the commission doesn’t really amount to much unless they sell three or more that month. This is what my SA explained to me four months ago when I was considering buying an Air. If you want an Air, they’re...

    Gravity Bugs / Issues

There are no bugs or known issues at this point… 😏

    Gravity Delivery Discussion

Here’s the thing: 1) They don’t have “extra” Gravity to sell 2) They have more than enough to demand to sell the drip, drip of Gravity being built right now.

    Gravity Delivery Discussion

With Tesla and Rivian, there WERE early buyers trying to flip for absurd dollars. I wouldn’t buy that, but it’s interesting to see none of the few Gravity have been advertised to flip.

I am in immediate need of a Gravity, but only a Gravity. Therein lies the issue. 😀

Dang it. Now I am second guessing myself. Which I do daily! 🤣

I respectfully disagree as well. I’d probably be okay with it, but I don’t want to pay more for it…At this point, though, any Gravity in my driveway would be beautiful!!!

    Gravity Front Windshield tint

Can’t you get a toll tag that is built into license plate frame? That’s what we have for EZPass on east coast. While I don’t love the frame, way easier than worrying about exact positioning on windshield…

    Gravity Delivery Discussion

Indeed it does! My SA had written it adds $2,000. But I didn’t even check because I love stealth too much to change! Thanks for correcting.

    Gravity Delivery Discussion

Isn’t gating when it’s done with production? If you’re factory gate at 7/25, there should be a VIN assigned already. It sounds like it hasn’t started production. In my case, as soon as car switched to “in production”, I could see the VIN…

    Gravity Plan B

FWIW, I’ve seen effectively zero efficiency loss on my R1S with roof rack. I suppose with something mounted on the rack, it IS less efficient.
