    Gravity Delivery Discussion

But for audio issues, I think most bugs mentioned here are present in 3.2.2. I’d also like them to remove the calypso-style Harry Belafonte sample sounds for opening the frunk and trunk. I am generally not picky about sounds, but they’re absurd. I’d rather have a cowbell… I would certainly...

    Gravity Delivery Discussion

As I mentioned a while back, we should watch our phones for app updates. Prior to 3.2.2 Lucid updated the phone apps before pushing the update to all cars. Not sure if this is typical though…

    Gravity Delivery Discussion

Seems like our second GGT is through production as a bunch of software updates dated 9/4 showed up yesterday. Up to 3.2.2 - so not throw away ones like the beginning. It has been only about 10-14 days since it went into production and still shows as “In Production”… Can I convince my wife...

I am still a solid three minutes ahead! Maybe someone at Lucid just forgot to wind their central watch…

    LUCID Gravity Lease vs Finance

It won’t make a massive difference, but don’t you have to also put the same amount down? If you put less than the $26k for the loan, like $10,000, you’ll have something more per year in finance costs. Again, not major, but still. And then, to be more annoying, you’d have to take the monthly...

MKBHD's review of the Lucid Gravity

He must realize he’s not a great car reviewer as that other guy does the actual driving discussion…

Results of first road trip with Lucid Air somewhat disappointing

It seems the utility of Air’s access to Tesla SC’s is greatly diminished by slower charge speed. Gravity is a road tripping beast compared to our X. But a lot of that has to do with the NACS port and how fast it charges at a Tesla SC. The onboard app for charging nav is poor for Gravity, so...

MKBHD's review of the Lucid Gravity

I would bet it was provided by Lucid. First, when he shows the key and key card, they’re connected in some way and there’s a barcode or something on the keycard pouch. Looks like something Lucid or a manufacturer would do. Second, regardless of whether he’s good or bad at car reviews, I’ve...

SAs can not see VIN or inventory for GDEs. This is what I was told by two SAs. Somehow, GDEs were/are kept separately. If you have a GDE on order, you’re probably someone they’ll reach out to if they have an inventory GDE.

Timothée Chalamet and Director James Mangold bring Lucid Gravity to life in Lucid’s new global brand campaign, Driven

I don’t know about you all, but with respect to celebrities, I KNEW 1,000% fo’ shizzle I made the right call on Gravity once Nick Twork posted about Snoop Dogg driving one…

    Gravity accessories slowly appearing

Anyone heard anything about Gravity roof rack? Winter will be here sooner than we think and want to make sure we can use our skis and snowboards, etc.

Timothée Chalamet and Director James Mangold bring Lucid Gravity to life in Lucid’s new global brand campaign, Driven

I don’t understand how he could drive without a fob OR a key card. Is the ad meant to show it’s an easy car to steal? He didn’t take time to set up the phone app or his profile! 😉 Suspension of disbelief, I guess…

Timothée Chalamet and Director James Mangold bring Lucid Gravity to life in Lucid’s new global brand campaign, Driven

Well, if Tucson is 430 miles away, 450 miles of range won’t get them there. So I hope the next video shows them stopping at a Tesla supercharger! 😂

    Gravity Bugs / Issues

Someone else please correct me, but I I don’t think these are the exact same drive units as the Air. They were modernized/upgraded in some way, I believe. Trying to remember where I heard that - may have been in the Lucid videos about Gravity.

Yes, that’s the same window that stopped working on my car. However, my shade also stopped as, I am told, the regulator broke - so none of the actions the rear or driver door take to impact that window will work. This one sounds a bit more like a calibration or window seal adjustment issue…

    Gravity Bugs / Issues

As others have said, if you just read this thread, you’re getting a skewed view as it’s focused on bugs. I think the vast majority of folks have minor bugs, if they have any. And, once you’re driving, you forget about them in he moment. I had an M3 years ago and this Gravity isn’t an M3, but...

Gravity Service Appointments and Time In Service

Have to give credit when it’s due. Got call from Lucid Service this afternoon to fit me in this Monday - before next road trip and well before original 9/18 date. They’re clearly trying hard and I appreciate that.

    Gravity Delivery Discussion

I keep going back and forth. It’s $2,000 to wrap the platinum, but it’s leased and I keep thinking I will just get used to it and when lease is up, I will get stealth…decisions, decisions…true champagne problem.
