It's not OK, particularly if it affects the car's climate control to achieve a comfortable driving environment for the driver. It seems like the heat pump was undersized.

I've now figured out the issue with the AC. I didn't realize that I needed to go into the center screen and separately turn it on. Yep... I'll keep an eye on the display heat issue. It'll likely be better now that I have the climate control working.
