The problem is how they ( Lucid) define " salvage" cars . There is a story on this forum about a guy that got his lucid salvaged , after it was hit by an umbrella... Mine had only minor damages to the wheel and a fender , and it was also made "salvage" , although fully repairable -...
there is a service mode , but this blocks all the updates and some car features. This can be turned on only by Lucid Motors (mostly after any type of accident) , and - here is the biggest suprise - to turn it off , they will charge 15,000 $ .
i can tell you that i did contact this dude , and he does not want to tell how did he manage to do it . I have the same problem with service mode , did over 10,000 kilometers ona US-Imported lucid with this darn mode turned on , no updates avalible. Lucid service wants to charge 15000...
Hello. Has anyone sorted this problem out ? Or is it just you have to accept the energy drain ? My car takes about 2-3 kWh per night in the garage. So it's about the same as the first post . Hasn't lucid sorted this out yet ?
