    Weird Sound when battery cooling or AC system is on then suddenly disappears

    Hello , I had this issue with my car today when it starts the battery cooling or the AC system. The fan starts to turn on and the sound becomes loud then suddenly disappears. I attached the video showing the sound anyone has any idea?
