Your profile "Diane" probably is not the primary profile. If you go to the primary profile you should be able to toggle the Easy Entry setting. Them go back to the "Diane" profile and it should now work the way you want.

The easy entry menu setting is only available on the owners profile. It globally affects all other profiles, so that everybody gets or everybody doesn’t get it.
