I am trying to remove my 2023 Air from the application. The car was totaled in June. I have 2026 Air now. I am on hold now for 30 minutes with that horrible music and just as bad message. This is no way to run a company. I am giving up at this point.

On that note, I received an issue of Consumer Reports a few days ago. In the luxury electric vehicle section Lucid was dead last with a score of 14. This kind of exposure will definitely have an impact. I love my Air Touring, but also experienced a 3 week time for repair of a trunk not opening...

The article says that it is a Lucid Gravity, but if you look closely to the photo, it is a Lucid Air.

How is this going to affect quality and service; apparently not improvement.

I just had a problem pop up with my car. The trunk will not open. Service tried to remotely open it but it fails. Issue is the earliest appointment is March 19. I can see why satisfaction is going down. Apparently they are either overloaded or understaffed or both.

I have been waiting for the CCCv2 upgrade. I was at the Costa Mesa center for an appointment in October for the upgrade. When I arrived, I was informed that they did not have the chip. I still have not heard anything. When will the chip be available. I checked the calendar, but cannot find any...

Yes, I'm thinking Windows Millennium. Now we have Windows 10 and Windows 11. With that, given time Lucid will approach perfection.

As for computers, I agree about XP, but 10 was much better. Also, certain applications will not run on earlier versions of Windows. Turbotax 2025 requires Windows 11. SO much for not upgrading.

I installed 2.8.7 yesterday. When I entered the car this morning, the center cockpit screen was blank. I have never experienced this before. After about 30 seconds the screen appeared. I did not go for an extended drive yet, but it appears that this update may have created issues.

When will we get the ability to bypass toll roads? The navigation system is worthless without that capability.
