Use cases vary, but I went back and forth about this, and ultimately just got the 40amp EVSE that plugs into a 240 wall socket I had installed. I've never missed the faster speed of the 80amp charger. Not once. The scenarios where that becomes a factor are just vanishingly small in my life...

The glass roof is beautiful, but I'm glad to have metal most of the time. It's quite a bit quieter (I've had a loaner with the glass roof to compare and contrast) and makes the idea of a chip on the window not quite as scary. The only downside to metal day-to-day is that Lucid's antennas for...

Yeah, this is the convoluted part... It's not clear the battery itself changed... it may still be 88 gross, but it does seem that the API on 2025 and new Pures at least, does it's figuring from the net 84...

This is about Lucid tracker assuming a 88 KwH battery for a Pure while Lucid's internal API data assumes 84 KwH. I understand it's a bit of a convoluted thing, but all and all, I would love Lucid Tracker to default to Lucid's API on this...

Good point. The numbers have, ahem, a number of variables to them as well.

I get it. Even though mine's a lease and I can always give it back in 16 months if that seems like the best move, I am a bit squirrelly about degradation as well. I mean, have a precise count down on wear and tear on a core expensive part of my car is a new experience. Like you, I've also...

I've had my 2025 Air Pure for a bit over 18 months, and I'm at 94 percent health too on Lucid's API figures. More is better, no question, and down 6 percent in a year-and-a-half of my lease seems high to me as well, but that said, looking at the unofficial Lucid API reader stats, it seems like...

I still regularly have fun conversations when I park my Lucid at a rest stop or a gas station. Most of them involve people who know that Lucid exists and know they make a "fast" car. I have to tell them I have the "slow one," but they still seem to enjoy seeing one. People often seem to be...

Blast! Same phone I'm using now. So many variables I suppose...

So, about a month ago I had the misfortune of dropping my iPhone 15 in a lake. On the bright side, I had to upgrade to the latest and greatest iPhone 17. And guess what? Now the doors on my car open basically every time as they are supposed to. Seriously, my door opening failure rate over...

Not finding it in the Apple App Store. Somewhere else?

Is this an app? I love the data display...

18 months in an Air Pure, 18k miles, I'm an 94 percent on the nose (down a percentage point since February). That said, the first time I checked it (say 3-4 months into owning it) it was already at 96-97 percent.

Also, my 9-5 rocked. Except the engine.

Man. It may not be a great sign for Lucid that a bunch of us are old Saab guys ;)

Something’s had to give at Lucid after the Gravity launch was such a mess and sales haven’t radically changed their direction. Now is much better than next summer. The runway isn’t long, but they still have runway. As a previous owner of doomed car brands (Saab, I loved you), this doesn’t...

Yeah, no idea if this is the right move or not, but at the same time Lucid is a company that needs to make some moves. Peter, Emad, Eric and the rest of the executive team built a beautiful and special, but also flawed car company that can't just keep doing what got them to where they are - the...

Yeah, it's bad right now. I needed a new seat cover (yea! Purelux!). I got it, but somehow in the process they didn't reinstall correctly/broke something and now my seat headrest won't move and the seat memory/easy entry feature won't work. Their problem. It worked before they worked on it...

Yeah, I'll second this. While the back-ups at the service center is a pain point at the moment, my two interactions with mobile service have been good experiences.

I'm on 2.8.30 and expect to be until they get things straightened out. Accidentally bricking a bunch of us with Air Pures was the last thing Lucid needed at the moment, and I understand them pulling back and slowing down before trying again. That said, I really want Google search in Maps...
