My 2024 model X came with no key fobs. At least the Gravity came with one. But, why can’t Lucid get entrance access to their cars to work flawlessly and predictably is beyond me.

Why now? Didn’t they learn from the owners and online reviews of the Air that software needs to be improved? Going into the Gravity production, anyone that owned or reviewed the Air could have told you the software in the upcoming Gravity should be better when compared to the Air and rock solid...

Let’s not get ahead of ourselves with improving software when we don’t even have a CEO.

What else is new? Same with Air. Software still needs improvement 4 years later. I would bet their midsize model will also have software issues taking away from the user experience.

First impression was good. It would be great if the navigation could show you which highways have hands free drive assist option. After update, I thought there was something I had to do to engage hands free drive assist. Odd that hands on drive assist is available, but hands free is not...

Just got it. Will install soon and test out the hands free drive assist feature.

Sunglasses an issue?

Curious on people’s feedback on the new update 2.8.0. Those that got the update, how is the hands free drive assist? What is your experience? Does it work well or does it keep on disengaging drive assist?

Anyone going for it?

Updated my Touring and so far no error messages. Front motor sound appears to be the same. Drive Assist improved especially going into a curve at highway speeds. Hard to tell if efficiency improved as it is getting warmer where I live so that could also be contributing to the improved...

This is an issue. It is good someone started a conversation about this. It’s now up to Lucid to do something about it if they care about improving the user experience.

App keeps freezing and stuck on the Lucid screen!! Had to restart iPhone to fix it time after time. Seriously, are we going backwards here with software improvements??! Never had the app freeze with the earlier versions. Running iPhone 15 Pro Max, iOS 18.1.1

I just wasted 5 mins of my life reading this thread about people debating if 4 or 10 is larger.

Have to wait until hands free update is here. Around the Midwest, the roads are very straight so even though my hands are on the wheel the nagging alert keeps popping up. It has become unusable for me as well. Some users on this forum claims if you have your hands on the wheel it should not...

Couldn’t reproduce those numbers under their testing conditions. My Air is also supposedly a 400+ mile range under EPA conditions and I could never achieve those numbers.
