My suggestion would be to not buy Lucid stock if you don’t have the ability or the willingness to deal with the volatility. Better off buying an index fund like VTI.

Second sceenshot in my post was Nick Twork noting “We are aware of the issue and working on a fix for the next software update.” Also noted when reporting errors to the email box “Yes, please add date and time as close as possible and VIN to the email. This helps our team diagnose issues”

Those pads never work great (in terms of overheating your phone). Same thing happens in my Volvo.

So seems update was a success so far. Any improvement in call or camera quality? Any improvement in switching between profiles? Funny, I know the issues for a car I don’t even own yet, but here we are. My wife calls my annoying but I call me an “educated buyer”. Thanks as always, all.

Don’t mean to detract from the update, which I am very curious about, but I don’t notice any glare from HUD on your windshield. Funny, that structure/awning in front of you looks like on your windshield. Separately, new entrance screen/image looks sick lol.

Also, Kyle’s video mentioned some kind of electronic box in the driver’s seat that be felt. I didn’t feel anything while test driving it but obv wasn’t a long drive. I also didn’t hear anything with the lights but it was during the day. Started in a dark mall parking lot however. Is he nitpicking?

Is the audio issue fixed when making calls? I’m uncertain if that was a software or hardware issue with the mic. I’ve read a few different thoughts on it. Thanks.

I knew more than both sales reps when I test drove in Westchester, NY and Short Hills, NJ locations. Westchester was better. Crazy.

Thanks. I’ve test driven it twice and love it. I messed around with every feature and no issues. Tried cruise control, switched to all different speeds. No problems. Funny how that happens.

Also why I haven’t bought something else yet. Spending $125k+ on another vehicle and still compromising sucks (I want to compromise nothing). Rather wait for Gravity to hopefully get fixed. I have my wife chomping at the bit for a new car. We’ll see how long I can hold her off.

Btw, love how Kyle does not want to give up on the Gravity. At the end of the review, Scot gestures reviewing it again in 2027 and Kyle is like no, let’s do another video in 2026 after Lucid has released a few more OTAs. Thought that was cool and telling.

I wonder if they’ll have a 2027 model midyear 2026 with hardware fixes or just keep hardware as is until 2027 given the production delays.
