Shenlon, did LUCID Service replace the front undercarriage plastic covering for you ? When PB first drove Juno 🐻‍❄️ (Air Grand Touring) she bottomed out a very slight dip at a crosswalk. Scraped the underside so definitely learned whenever possible to angle through AND SLOW DOWN ! It does take...

Time to call back Customer Service ! Gee that definitely is interesting to see. Please update us. Wondering if it is affecting your alignment !

it could well be that the road debris was a piece of cloth material easily sucked up by the fans etc !

My cloth was an old tshirt that PB laid underneath Juno 🐻‍❄️ to absorb the water condensation from AC. It definitely took a few hard yanks to free it !

Yup HydBob is correct !

When Polar 🐼 picked up Juno 🐻‍❄️ (Air Grand Touring Quantum grey) had funny noise underneath the front suspension. Looking underneath the car noticed a cloth rag stuck within and realized that the ongoing process of the fans etc going on and off causing the cloth rag to be sucked up off the...

Polar 🐼 and Juno 🐻‍❄️ (Grand Touring Quantum Grey) would like to thank cyberwife for her info on the America Tire policy which PB just brought several hours ago with the assistance of Brandi ! She was pleasantly surprised to see a second LUCID at the Orange location. After having a flat tire...

Thank you so much, an early Christmas present ! Polar 🐼 still a noobie !

Polar 🐼 also freed up TWO spots today also !

Rreddrop, Polar 🐼 had the very same feeling like you ! Juno 🐻‍❄️ (AGT Quantum Grey);was my first new car in 22 years ! Not yet a daily driver but definitely enjoying Juno 🐻‍❄️ on the weekends. Lots to learn on the LUCID technology but remember to keep reading the owners forum because you...

Gosh, so sorry to hear that. Let’s hope that LUCID can fix those issues so that you can experience your Air Touring soon !

Had similar issue with blinking red LUCID on charger at home. Was instructed to bring the charging cable to Costa Mesa service center to test. Yup it was a defective cable and they gave Juno 🐻‍❄️ (AGT) a replacement. It now is working properly. Hopefully it’s a simple fix for you. Enjoy your...
