    Cantor's Q2 delivery preview! (and a squeeze?)

The two current catalysts appear to be the possible Q2 delivery beat and the short squeezing.

    Cantor's Q2 delivery preview! (and a squeeze?)

LCID is up about 29% over the past two sessions (through Monday's close). The catalyst looks fundamental: Cantor Fitzgerald's Q2 delivery forecast, which makes up for the Q1 shortfall from the Gravity recall over the second-row middle-seat seatbelt-attachment weld. Great news in my view...

I picked up on the snark. But sometimes text-based communications like forum posts. make it difficult to see.

SUPPORTING MEMBER... yea you.... listen up!

OK, I'm in. This forum has a lot of value and I find the moderation to be appropriate and reasonable.

    Target $0

The market is currently pricing LCID as if the mid-size and Gravity will fail. No premium for technology or execution success. Also, there is a huge overhang for future dilutive events. The market is pricing in additional funding (and dilution) before positive free cash flow and profit. I am not...

The current market cap of $2.3B shows no value for mid-size upside. My opinion, but do your own research.

LCID is shorted to the max. This will increase volatility in the stock's price from day to day -- unpredictably. But do your own research, not giving stock advice.

The real turn will happen when (if) Lucid executes on the plan to ramp up Gravity, but more importantly, Cosmos and Earth. The mid-size will be the turning point -- one way or another.

I disagree. They can make many, many Gravity and Air with one shift. It's fine if expectations are brought in line with reality. Winterhoff obviously was not able to do so.

Inefficient driving poll - best one wins ;-)

That's much better than my Rivian R1S does when trying to save battery... Dips under 2.0 when driving 70+ on highway with baggage.

    Target $0

I am guessing it's a combination of LCID being oversold (mostly by shorts) and, hopefully, some whispers that Q2 Gravity sales will have more than made up for the Q1 downturn due to the middle-row seatbelt defect (now fixed). But it's totally speculation on my part.

I have a Tesla, Rivan and Lucid. Rivian: SiriusXM dropouts as well. I think slightly more frequent than Lucid Air with the 2.9.0 software. Tesla: Use Apple Music in the Tesla app. Works well. But that's different, not live radio. It's streaming, so you can buffer songs ahead. Do not subscribe...

Of course there are many others in the marketplace. I compared to Tesla and Rivian because they are direct competitors of Lucid in the pure EV space. My point is that Tesla has done very well selling EVs without SiriusXM antenna or HUD. I have owned many Mercedes, Porsche, Cadillac over the...

The doors always open for my 2022 Air GT with key fob, phone or card. Rivian and Tesla also lack antenna for SiriusXM and rely on cellular internet streaming -- and out of the three only Lucid has CarPlay and Android Auto. Neither Rivian nor Tesla have any version of HUD. Just sayin'

I like what has happened. Serious cost-cutting is needed. Glad that Napoli has moved FAST. Lucid has not had a sense of urgency with anything I have observed over the past 5 years. Winterhoff had many critics. Now he's gone, so that should be a bullish indicator for them. I thought that selling...

Considering a 2022 Lucid Air Grand Touring

The Fisker Karma was a disaster — it had a gasoline engine from GM so it was essentially a plug in hybrid. It also had a solar panel roof that was pretty useless. It was everything an EV should not be.

In preperation for Gravity getting Hands Free Highway DDP

For Air you may look away for a few sections, but expect to keep your eyes on the road (as you should and are supposed to with Level 2 autonomy). But you can adjust the nav, change SiriusXM channels, and take a sip of your Starbucks without being dinged. But if you look at your phone to start...

Considering a 2022 Lucid Air Grand Touring

My view is that Lucid has already established a critical mass of a deployed fleet that even if there were a liquidation event for Lucid (which I highly doubt), there are enough cars on the road that someone would want to service them to make money. Parts may be a problem though. Also Hertz will...
