Wow I went out for the day … was going to ask what I missed, but instead I think I will mute this thread no offense, but I think the topic left the station

I use L1 at home - and there have been days where I basically give up trying to charge. The entire energy draw goes into cooling the batteries (my garage can get warm … and the last couple of weeks it has often been over 90f internal … not a charging day)

did you have any luck with the service center? Part of why we did the convoy test the other weekend here in Bay Area was because of the significant difference in mi/kwh we saw across some people in the same area/roads. The result showed that all of us could get better results. If yours is SO...

The nav sucks. I too have had the no-notice instructions leading to missing the turn - which for me, meant charging going from 3miles away to “please continue for 50 miles” (no way I could even make 20 miles at my SOC)

now I want to go back to the galleries ;)

I am tempted to gift this to a couple of friends houses !! I have to pick the kids up and forever trying to find the right angle of attack to minimize the scrape

Like @SaratogaLefty I have 21” I have not driven the 20 or 19… and based on how the 21” drives, I see no need to. saying that, as I get closer to winter and ski season, I might look to get some 19”s for snow tyres

I need to try this. I am currently 41.5 when cold… though the car is reporting 3 at 41 and 1 at 42. Not sure which is more accurate - my digital meter or the tpms

You can also stop / restart charging remotely. So I would do that. e.g. While on vacation, I would leave it plugged in, and simply start / stop for an hour or three every day or three.

There was one day last week where it was particularly hot. I put the car away hot n sweaty (from the SF to home run) and plugged in. A little later I noticed the app was saying the exterror temperature was 88 and the rate of charge was 0.8kWh … but zero miles being added. Basically at that...
