The two worst features of the air are the cup holders and the MagSafe chargers. You can barely fit a phone into the MagSafe charging setup.

I would expect that. Maybe a base level of car and an upgrade package? Tesla and Rivian are doing this, why wouldn’t Lucid do it also?

Honestly, I had a similar experience in terms of slow responses. I did have to sort of hunt someone down. But they totally helped. I definitely would not accept that. And my issue was cosmetic, not a drivability issue.
