I both love my Lucid and I love speculating… so I’m glad you asked. I could easily see Lucid pivoting to a self driving division of Uber. It would solve the need for so many local service locations. Uber would be happy to ship units needing servicing to a central location, no angry customers...

I don’t see the logic in winding the company down. The investors, including the new ones, wouldn’t be putting money in to facilitate failure. I do think it’s obvious that a radical change in direction is coming.

So it’s weird but not bad. I am in a recall right now. It seems like it’s a fairly minor issue. And they are going to ship the car to Atlanta and give me an enterprise rental while I’m without a car. It seems pretty expensive for them but honestly not the worst thing.
