It’s not jumping to a conclusion if it appears in plain and clear language in a legal document buyers are required to sing. I find it interesting that you can deny what is clear to read and has no ambiguity.

I’m not a lawyer but I understand what words in a contract mean. This is a legal document. You’re right that it says they don’t guarantee future upgrades will not be available when physical limitations in existing hardware is a factor, sure that makes perfect sense but it says other things too...
