Is The 2027 Air Announcement Imminent?

They said in March that DDPro2 would be coming to the Air, but that was prior management and they didn't provide a target date.

    Lucid Cosmos Specifications

Nice catch! Next question is how much it costs to get 400 miles.... $50k seems too good to be true

OOS (Out of Spec) initial review of their long term Gravity GT

Yeah I just finished the video and it was actually very positive. Seems like Gravity software is really close to being very well sorted. Night and day compared to the last video he made.

Unveil of cosmos or sapphire gravity?

Wouldn't dropping weight limit traction even more?

OOS (Out of Spec) initial review of their long term Gravity GT

A Gemini summary for those that do not want to watch the whole video The Positives Ride & Handling: The triple-chamber air suspension with dynamic handling pack provides excellent road-tripping comfort, managing body motions better than competitors like the Rivian R1S [13:27]. Cabin Comfort &...

Unveil of cosmos or sapphire gravity?

I don't get this take. What are you going to do with a more rugged Gravity? It already has up to 9" of ground clearance. Unless you're trying to do moderate to difficult off-roading, I don't see the point. Full disclaimer: I don't like jeeps, range rovers, broncos, etc. because I don't do...

Unveil of cosmos or sapphire gravity?

It'll probably be just like the Air Sapphire: wider/stickier tires, tri-motor (1200 HP), bigger/carbon ceramic brakes, more down force, stiffer suspension, sapphire-specific interior.

    22"/23" Wheels in the Northeast

Why wouldn't you use them for the winter? Potholes or performance? On the performance front, I figured 23" on winters would probably outperform even the 20/21 on all seasons.

    22"/23" Wheels in the Northeast

Hi everyone, as I get closer to placing an order for a Gravity GT, I wanted to get some feedback on the 22"/23" wheels. I really like the look of the 22"/23" wheels and I like that the P Zeros they're equiped with are the most performance oriented option. I have two questions: (1) Has anyone...

    2026 Gravity vs 2027 Gravity

I think hardware changes are continuously made, so model year matters less than date of production. I forgot who posted it, but there have been over five iterations of the steering wheel.

    Q2 Earnings Call

A sapphire version would be cool, IMO. It aligns better with their compromise nothing branding than an off-road version. As it sits, the Gravity is the most well-rounded family hauler you can buy. A sapphire version would turn that up a notch because it would likely be the best handling SUV...

Is full self driving being developed for Gravity?

I know a lot of folks with Teslas that don't use FSD. I think there won't be broad adoption until we reach L3/L4. While I feel less stressed when using DDPro, I think a lot of people don't see the value if they still feel like they have to pay attention.

do you hit your head on your air

Yes, need to do it like any sports car. Butt first, then turn once you're seated. I never hit my head and I'm 5'10".

They would have trouble financing it due to their current financial position.

    Q2 Earnings Call

If you consider the fact that the Air Sapphire, like all Halo cars, was built in-part to develop new technologies, then I think it makes sense that this new Gravity model would be more off-road focused. They seem to already know what it takes to develop incredible driver's cars, but they still...

    Q2 Earnings Call

I can tell you why it's not reasonating: software issues, service issues and concerns about Lucid's long-term viability. This is what everyone cites. It's tough to ask people to pay premium prices if all the above are legitimate concerns. It seems like they're aware of this based on the earnings...

CNET: Inside the Luxury Robotaxi Uber, Lucid and Nuro Are Testing

Right, my point is they'll be able to carve out premium demand for themselves while they scale and work towards release of cheaper robotoaxi options. The market is small, but their fleet will also be small for the first couple of years.

CNET: Inside the Luxury Robotaxi Uber, Lucid and Nuro Are Testing

This means they will be the only company with a luxury robotaxi offering. There are absolutely people willing to pay a premium for this.

"Ask me anything". It's an opportunity for the public to ask employees questions. The employee in this case was Erwin Raphael, SVP of Global Revenue.
