While mobile service is nice, the last one I had didn’t cover 3/4 of the work order due to needing a shop visit. Fun fact, when I asked the mobile service tech why all their stuff was crammed in an Air and not a Gravity, he said he had one and couldn’t wait to get rid of it due to its reliability

My 2 year old Pure is at 93% SOH with just under 20k miles. DCFC a handful of times, 80% of the time between 80% and 20% SOC. Debating on another lease or buying used when mines up in a year, I’ll be using one of the API services to check SOH on a used car.

Might be vibration and they’re adding more monitoring of power losses on either DC or phase end? Strange. And you think those would already be monitored.

For reasons your state yourself, reservations don’t mean much in conversion to sales. Also I’d say it’s a better look to under promise, overdeliver. The internet will cry if they open reservations with an anticipated date and not meet that date.

It was definitely a phone to car issue, not service.

Had some really poor connection consistency on first commute. Wouldn’t stay connected for more than a few minutes.
