    Is service overwhelmed?

I would capitalize the s in Saturday while also spelling it correctly, makes more of an impact to the readers. 😂 In all seriousness, their service departments are overwhelmed due to various reasons. The best you can do is get in the line and wait your turn as of right now. Their sales are...

    Is service overwhelmed?

No! First two times in service mine was 2 weeks last time it was a month and a half. It's only getting worse!

Lucid Gravity UX 3.6 is here!

I wasn't going to be the first one to say it, but after 2 main power box replacements and updated firmware, with 3.6.0 I have averaged 80A as well.

Lucid Gravity UX 3.6 is here!

Since the update, I've driven DDPro 500+ miles on interstate, freeways with construction and heavy rain in the Houston area without problems. I've enjoyed it!

    Is service overwhelmed?

Yes the people at the service centers are nice, but they're public facing and they know being not nice to a frustrated customer is just going to cause additional trouble for both parties. The biggest issue I have with the quality of service, outside of wait times, is their inability to fix...

Lucid Gravity UX 3.6 is here!

I signed out of the app and signed back in. On the vehicle, it'll last for a password under your profile and it's the same password as the app. I believe everyone is getting this when they update. It was mentioned earlier.

Brake and taillight didn't work for a couple hours

The Gravity rental I have did that last week during a lot of rain as well. I let it sit while I was in gym and it reset.

    Lucid Gravity in the wild

On the way to College Station today, around Navasota about 4pm, in my GGT, I came up on an Air GT, then out of nowhere an Air Sapphire appeared in the rearview mirror. For next 30 minutes we were all on display for everyone to see. It was great, such beautiful cars!

ALL TEXAS OWNERS (or future owners) please post on this thread

Gravities drive great; you'll love it. Most of the software issues have been worked out. Nothing killer in the software area IMO, they've done a good job catching up. You have to take comments on this forum with a grain of salt. Lots of frustration from early adopters and rightly so, but at...

I’d say layoffs to the service department are starting to have an effect…

This is exactly the same experience I've had with this location the first two times I've dropped my car off. All of a sudden they'll pull it out and start working on it and rush through the fixes and not do a thorough job of checking to see if everything is okay and working properly.

Connected Home Charger - Speed Decreasing on 100A Circuit

It's a Gravity thing, probably related to build(parts) and software...I had an Air rental for 2 weeks and it averaged 75A on my charger for the 2 weeks...We'll see what they say when I drop it off on the 17th for my backseat replacement and another look at what's going on with the charging (3rd...

Request for Gravity 80A Home Charging Data (Software 3.3.20)

FWIW, these issues have been happening on Lucid and non Lucid chargers. There's no magical "Lucid charger only" solution to this problem. To think L2 charging requires OEM chargers only is just hilarious. Good luck going forward!
