It went well. We installed our narrow car seats (Clek Liing baby basket, Clek Foonf Harness Seat, Clek Oobr booster seat) in the Gravity and can sit three across the middle row. I found that the best setup is to put the booster behind the passenger seat so the 40% side can remain the sliding...
We took an extended test drive today. Wanted to try three car seats across since we have a new addition since our last test drive. The loaded White / Platinum GGT was the one we wanted. Credit to you for being decisive. I knew it wouldn’t last long and am kicking myself now.
Guess we’ll have to...
Maybe in a couple of years, but it would be really poor form to kill LT after 15 months of reservation holders patiently waiting, not mention the new color to those reservation holders, and then release a new silver color shortly thereafter. Lucid would never do that, right? RIGHT!?!
This tracks with what my SA told me yesterday. He said Lucid would be reaching out directly and mentioned an incentive to swap colors, but I didn't relay the latter detail because I didn't have specifics.
I'm disappointed, but we've been let down gradually over the last year. At this point, I...
I think any information we receive outside of an official statement from Lucid should be taken with a grain of salt, but it sounds like that statement is coming soon.
The rumor about sensors having difficulty with paint reflections is as logical a reason for the indefinite delay of LT that I...
I connected with my SA. While the information was far from definitive, it doesn’t sound like LT is going to be produced anytime soon. He said Lucid would reach out directly to discuss options to swap to a different color.
The storm trooper combo is a good look, but we’ve had it with our MXP since ‘22, so we wanted something different for the Gravity.
This is a major bummer as we’ve patiently waited for LT. I’m going to reach out to our SA to see if he has any insight, but I’m not optimistic that I’ll learn...
Thank you for sharing. It’s always reassuring to learn that customers in other states are being told the same things.
My SA did politely ask a couple of times if we wanted to switch colors initially, but I think he’s realized we’re fully committed to LT at this point. Haha.
I was recently told that LT should enter production by the end of the month, and that Lucid will make an announcement when it does.
Hang in there, Support Group. Our time is coming.
Thank you for sharing this update, Ron. I always assumed March because quarterly projections typically tend to be toward the end of that timeline. That still hasn't stopped me from checking my account for updates several times a week, though. Haha.
My GMC Sierra Denali EV has that option for the HUD. You can move it up and down, and rotate the image in small increments to dial in it. It’s perplexing that Lucid’s HUD doesn’t allow these basic adjustments.
My preference is to get the full ambient lighting package without the HUD, but unfortunately they are bundled together.
So if you want all the cool lights, you have to put up with the HUD reflections. It's sort of annoying that Lucid has created this dilemma.
I received this email too. It’s generous of Lucid to extend the leasing credit, and I think it’s safe to say that we will receive our Gravities before the end of March.
But after reading the email title: “Production Update for you Lucid Gravity… Your Lucid Gravity is arriving soon” I have to...
I prefer the Stealth trim with most colors, but Lunar Titanium is the exception. I think LT looks better with the Platinum trim.
However, I agree that Stealth trim on LT will look better than the mockup. I appreciate the effort, but the dark gray color of the Stealth trim is difficult to reproduce.
