    Gravity-Car Camping Review

That and just the continuous high amperage is not what those circuits were originally designed in mind for. It's why we still hear about EVs damaging NEMA 14-50 outlets over time - it's not just the plug-unplug.

    Lucid Gravity 3.4.0 software update

Sometimes it seems that I'm the only one who drives/parks in areas with poor/no cellular coverage.

    Gravity Nav HERE map routing

I don't disagree with the frequency of what HERE says, but what it says is so off-the-wall as to be confusing. For instance, exiting for Hwy 85N off of Hwy 17N tells you to take 85 ("C" "A" "eighty-five") towards Gilroy, which is the wrong direction. It does that because the exit is for BOTH...

    Can/should I use this charger?

That looks to have a 110 volt plug on it, so you're limited to 1.2kW charging - very slow. It may be hard to find a different plug for 220 volts that fits in order to get the higher output. Here's someone selling a used version: https://www.ebay.com/itm/187615056756 That's just the relevant...

    Lucid Gravity 3.4.0 software update

Had mobile service out today. He proactively installed the latest, what he called "CAN injection" software that supposedly does things like sync up door handle IDs (I had a passenger outside door handle that wasn't always presenting itself), but also seems to fix some random things not addressed...

    Lucid Gravity 3.4.0 software update

Live View remains dead for me. WiFi/Cellular, doesn't matter. I even have a screen shot where it briefly says it's working, showing my current address, but the video feed is from days ago. SWFeedback must be tired of me by now.

Gravity Software Past, Present, and Future Interview w/ Emad Dlala

OK, I find your previous post on the subject. Now we have confirmation that Dlala mis-spoke: • Hypervisors aren't new • Hypervisors aren't new to Lucid • Air did not "not need it" because it has two separate compute modules. • If you're correct that Lucid rewrote stuff in Air to not use a...

    Ten Gravity Compromises

I'm complaining about the compromises the car has.

Anyone with Power or Tech Package look into Mini-Fridges?

Haven't done more than test the Dometic CFX5 25L, but saw that Travoca makes some coolers that seem pretty decent, for less money AND is dual-zone: https://www.travoca.com/products/rigel-25-dual-zone-ecooler With coupon "2026TRAVOCASPIN20" that's $520. Still expensive, but less than the...

    Gravity Bugs / Issues

Thanks - will keep it if only for frunk/trunk gap complaint/adjustments. Delivery was Dec 19, 2025. Wife has driven the car on 3.4.1 - I haven't yet, so I'll get a drive in before.

    Gravity Bugs / Issues

A few days before the 3.4.1 software was available for my car, the front passenger's door handle fixed itself. It's been behaving fine in the few days since, even after the 3.4.1 update. A few more days until the mobile service appointment; I'm not sure what to do about that now.

Tesla discontinues lane centering from Autopilot: TechCrunch

Those aren't facts, but whatever. Anyone wanting to know how Tesla is approaching autonomy should spend a half-hour (or less if you play 1.25X) on: I have hope that the Nvidia-based system Lucid and Mercedes (and I assume others) are leveraging will work out, and that those systems will...

    Lucid Gravity 3.4.0 software update

TBF, I owned one of the earliest Model 3s (VIN 001992) - actually built & delivered in 2017. We had an OTA that failed part way through and it took customer support (which Tesla had at the time, an actual live person) to re-initiate the update to fix the car (which wouldn't unlock from the...

Lucid Gravity next improvements wish list

It worked the one time I tried on my wife’s phone and then the one time I tried on my phone after reinstalling the app. Both car and app on WiFi. Now car went to market, so cellular there, and doesn’t work. App still on WiFi.

Lucid Gravity next improvements wish list

Update #2: Wife drove to the market in town. Live View is back to not working even though the app is clearly connected to the car through the server.

    Lucid Gravity 3.4.0 software update

In our early Dec 2025 build microphone quality seems OK - this was before 3.4.1, too. I'll try it now that I've gotten the update.

Lucid Gravity next improvements wish list

I had updated my Lucid Motors app and had to re-login, yet Live View still didn't work 4/7 times. But, my wife went to use Live View - and it worked on her phone! So, I deleted the app from my phone, reinstalled from scratch, and now it works!

Gravity Software Past, Present, and Future Interview w/ Emad Dlala

No, I despise Musk. We terminated our Model X lease early due to unhappiness with the car (me) and unhappiness with supporting Musk (wife). But,thanks for projecting my disappointments as some kind of Tesla-love thing.

Gravity Software Past, Present, and Future Interview w/ Emad Dlala

I did a search for hypervisor in the forums and didn't find anything relevant. Not that these forums are the indisputable truth anyway. I've just got the 3.4.1 update, as well as the latest iOS update (2.13.0 (4028). I remain very disappointed in Lucid Software, just from the two things I've...
