    My wife hat this with an Seat Ateca 8 years ago, but luckily no kids inside. The 2nd key openend the car again. So it can happen to other cars as well.

    Yes, I saw that via gemeni and put that in Quote ;) NACS was closed back then. And in Europe due to 3-phase grids it is not compatible to NACS 1 phase chargers.

    I do not know much about the history and why this is the case (why there is a difference). Does the US have megawatt chargers for the trucks? Which standard is used there? also MCS?

    But only in the US. Europe stays with CCS and MSC for trucks over 3.5 megawatt. I guess in the US it is because the tesla suc are so massively around so they it is the standard forced onto ev makers by tesla

    OK. So the buyer has to add the 10% and the seller has to declare it and give it to tax authorization basically?

    It seems it is the same as in Germany. They want to get rid of the current stock before allowing own configurations. All air configurations can only be saved. Gravity can be configured and 8-12weeks lead time.
