For those searching for this, you have to swipe down from the top on the pilot panel screen. As if you were trying to bring the map card down in the previous SW versions. It displays a new card with many options including the aforementioned on/off button.

It is possible that this is just the internal release among Lucid employees since it’s a loaner fleet vehicle. If they labeled this internal one 3.0.0, released it to the fleet, found issues, fixed them, then they would release 3.0.1 to us and everyone would be up in arms that it wasn’t labeled...

It's not unique to Lucid. A simple Google search for "vehicles with black rectangular spots" brings up dozens of cars with this anti-dazzle feature built in. From economy to luxury cars.
