Not sure, but as long as a properly certified (ANSI/UL), Lucid or any other automaker would have to prove that was the cause. I am not sure if the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act applies here.

My service tech has my car about 3 1/2 weeks. He charged it to 100% the day after he received to recreate my issue. He has driven it less than 10 miles since then. The car, with the phantom drain, has 353 miles on it since that last charge.
