    Gravity Bugs / Issues

That's just it. I didn't really have any (or was ignorant to them). I've backed into one scenario in hindsight, that I think should have been a tell that something was beginning to fail. I reported that earlier in the thread here...

    Gravity Bugs / Issues

Up until my RDU was replaced, I'd never experienced a speed cap. I did see the Turtle of Death (ToD) appear on the dash once for a split second, but it never reappeared, and, subsequently, never had an impact on performance. That was about a week before I took the car into service (two weeks...

Certificate of Authenticity: Gravity Dream Edition

I ordered a GT on 7 November 2024, then boosted to Dream Edition the day orders opened for that. I wasn't a squeaky wheel with regard to early swag, so I've probably missed the boat too.

Certificate of Authenticity: Gravity Dream Edition

Yeah, I never received a speedform either. Would love to have one in Aurora Green.

    Gravity Bugs / Issues

I had this happen to me a couple of weeks before taking my Gravity in for that initial service visit (which ballooned into a three week service). I had the car navigate to a compatible Supercharger in Carmel, CA, plugged in, and charging started, climbed to ~220kW, then abruptly stopped about...

    Gravity Bugs / Issues

Yeah, I can confirm buggy lighting in my Dream Edition too. Occasionally, I’ll get in the car and only a small section of the trim lighting will be illuminated while other strips are dead. And sometimes that same strip will illuminate in one color whilst the balance of trim lighting illuminates...

    Gravity Bugs / Issues

I’m having the same issue, but with an odd twist. When I open the frunk with either a physical button press on the key fob, or tapping open on one of the cockpit screens, I’ll hear the triple beep, the frunk will attempt to open — moving ever so slightly upward — then closes again, repeats the...

    Edmunds compares against Rivian R1S

The cup holder thing was ridiculous. He hauls a giant container (from off screen for dramatic effect) into view and is seemingly surprised it doesn’t fit. 🙄

    Edmunds compares against Rivian R1S

It was a laughably lazy review. He ragged on “problems” with the Gravity that were really RTFM user errors. Like hating on the steering wheel swipe controls because he was using them wrong, or completely screwing up sun shade installation, and blaming it on Lucid’s “design choices”. He thought...

Lucid Gravity update 3.3.5 + fob update

Same! Key fob had been working OK (with the usual delays, warnings, etc.), but this morning, which was the first time I’d approached the car since the 3.3.5 update was installed, it didn’t recognize the key fob at all. Not via proximity or button presses. I just stood there dumbfounded. Of...

Lucid Gravity update 3.3.5 + fob update

Normal. My DE was on 3.3.2 up to today, and I received the 3.3.5 update and have just installed it.

Lucid Gravity update 3.3.5 + fob update

Yep! Just checked the app, and 3.3.5 is sitting there waiting for me to install. I'm goin' for it 😜

Different strokes for different folks. I said what I said. 👍🏼

Lucid Gravity update 3.3.5 + fob update

Yeah. Agree the blame doesn't sit with Apple (or mobile in general). Cars were delivered with fobs and cards. They should all work. I can't imagine the thrash that's going on inside Lucid HQ over these issues. Kudos to them for trying to patch the bugs, and for at least acknowledging they exist...

    Lucid Gravity in the wild

I'm thinking MoCap dots to drop the Gravity into the next version of GTA! 🤣

One Weekend with Lucid Gravity Dream Edition #319 (Former Model X Owner)

I'd have considered it for sure -- especially if there was a pass-through as wide as the pass-through space in the Model X. One of the things I really miss about my Model X is the powered refrigerator / freezer I placed between the two captain's seats in the middle row. The space was so perfect...

One Weekend with Lucid Gravity Dream Edition #319 (Former Model X Owner)

In both instances the majority of noise came from the FWDs so, sure, we'll see.

One Weekend with Lucid Gravity Dream Edition #319 (Former Model X Owner)

Didn't think I needed to be so pedantic. Please forgive the oversimplification (if there was one). While I understand the technicality you've raised, my intent was simply that Tesla has been mass producing cars + the in-vehicle and mobile app software to control them (they pioneered this...

Motor trend Lucid Gravity review with Kyle Conner

Agree. He's not as polished as some of the other automotive-focused YouTubers, but I actually think that's a plus, as he reads way more authentic. He also doesn't have corporate sponsors yet, which can sometimes muddy or outright steer opinion, so another plus there. He shelled out his own money...

    Gravity Delivery Discussion

I originally had mine set to do that before they repaired (activated?) my HomeLink transponder. My commute to work is 45 miles each way, and a chunk of that is in traffic, so I generally leave the drive mode in Smooth on those days. Having said that, whenever we get reliable geo-located garage...
