I think we have a pretty good representation of Lucid's in L.A. Not rare here... In fact, I drove into my business last week and a twin to my Fathom Blue car was in our parking lot.. My associates thought it was mine -- until I showed up and gave them double-vision🥸.

FYI, my wife's family has had USAA insurance forever... Despite their stellarreputation, our experience with recent claims processing was not very good... My step daughter's car was badly vandalized and there was not much in doubt... USAA took forever to get the claim handled... Actually more...

Hang in there.. Mine has been an issue for months, but I am now assured that the fix and instructions are forthcoming from Lucid within next couple of weeks... Mention that you heard this, and suggest that your service center manager reaches out to Lucid for latest update.

Just reporting back on frunk... Mine was on their radar, but now this issue has been also seen on a wider basis with Pure, so Lucid dispatched an engineer to do a tear down and analytics on an couple of cars at Beverly Hills service center to get answers...I just got a call from Mitch, BH...

Thanks for this... I think it might be your service manager Steve O who reached out to me in a private message after seeing my post and said his team had found the issue with latch.. It is apparently a very small adjustment within the latch. He is in contact with Beverly Hills service center...

Are you sure that wireless charging is dead???With wireless charging only one of the phone niches closest to driver is set up to charge and you need a compatible case— push it down firmly..

Thanks for the suggestion, but been there and done that... No luck. My latch strikers have been aligned and the latches were replaced... Two Lucid service centers had the car for extended periods, and Torrance facility said they involved the Lucid engineering dept in the decision to replace...

Do you have a Pure? They can release OTA, but I can't do it from car or phone when it sticks... If yours is like mine it will probably work fine most of the time, but will stick again at random times. Lucid says they had successful open-close at least fifty times on my car...then we tried...
