    Thoughts About Negative Posts

I might feel the same if I was in a location without good service coverage... I am in L.A. and Lucid has a good footprint here.. The Beverly Hills team under Mitch's leadership has been very good to me...

Returning my Lease soon, a few questions

Unless there is clear evidence that the seat was damaged by sharp object it should be covered under warranty....I have had seat covered by warranty, as have many others..

    Thoughts About Negative Posts

At least there is room here for the expression of concerns and a few gripes. I was suspended from one of social media Lucid pages for reinforcing negativity about 21" Pirelli OEM tire blowouts and durability. It was about the tires, not the car.

Anyone else encounter a strange tear in seat upholstery?

They now have replaceable seat covers... When my first seat split on bolster occurred about 2 years ago they replaced the entire seat at the service center. When I got a tear in the bottom seat cover earlier this year they replaced the seat cover during a mobile service.. They are now better...

Plastic warping on back light panel

Noticed this dimpling issue today for first time... Glad to see that it iis a known issue, rather than an anomaly on my car.. I will reach out to Lucid service..

    Pure vs Touring

This is really great information, and confirms much of what I assumed. I am accustomed to the brake regen on my current AWD Air, so worry that I might miss it. That said, I often wish the car felt a bit lighter and more responsive, and it sounds like RWD Pure provides some of that.....

    Pure vs Touring

My Air lease is up at the end of August. I currently have a 2023 Air Pure AWD, which, as I understand it, is fairly close in drivetrain feel to the current Air Touring. I’m debating whether to lease another Air as a Pure RWD or step up to the Touring AWD. Has anyone moved from an AWD Pure or...

Is The 2027 Air Announcement Imminent?

I am waiting too... I doubt there will be anything significant, but nonetheless curious. Do wish they would come up with some other color choices too...

    Air Version 2.8.30

I have been trying to complete 2.8.30 for a couple of weeks... I get message that my wifi is not connected.. I connect at home and at work and it still stalls out and will not complete.. This is remarkable because I have never had this update stall-out or fail happen with other updates in...

    "Pull Forward" Call From Lucid

There are no Lucid dealers... Its all the same organization so can't push on dealers like BMW... I think they just have a current inventory of cars to move.. However, the rep said they want to spread out their lease returns and resales over a longer term, rather than have them all hit at...

    "Pull Forward" Call From Lucid

I have four months left on my 36 month lease on Air AWD. Just got a "pull forward" offer from Lucid to buy me out of current lease early and put me into a 2026 early if I do it in May. In essence I would be trading my last few months into a new version of same car at about same payment...

    Stealth Trim vs Platinum Experience

I have 24,000 miles on my Platinum air and no noticeable chips or issues on trim... Of course I have a bit bit of curb rash on rims, but nothing that stands out like the rash on black stealth rims...

    Stealth Trim vs Platinum Experience

It appears that you find the stealth to be an added dark chroming or overlay--somewhat susceptible to chipping... whereas the platinum is less vulnerable

    Stealth Trim vs Platinum Experience

I have about four months left on my lease and am thinking about getting another Air, possibly with the Stealth trim instead of the Platinum trim on my current car. My only hesitation is that a lot of the Stealth cars I see seem to look a little more tired over time if they are not kept...

    Service B

This is really bad news and terrible PR for Lucid. Public forums are full of similar complaints, and that is bound to discourage some people from the brand. I also heard from a friend who just took delivery of a new car and had a miserable experience, including a vehicle that had not even been...

Steering - play and creaking from column

I had a couple of steeing wheels serviced and replaced.. Mine were a couple different issues... One was the shroud or housing around wheel.. Another was some play internally with airbag mounting and internal assembly. Third time was charm

RESOLVED Phone App [DID NOT] Unlock Another Lucid

We have an answer.. It is not what I thought.. Lucid service did a deep dive and got times and details on both cars to do a data check on the openings. They could not find my command to the other car... Then they reached out and discovered the other car owner previously lost his key fob...

RESOLVED Phone App [DID NOT] Unlock Another Lucid

I know the other owner, so we could certainly do a repeat... We both use Beverly Hills service center and I already reached out to service manager..

RESOLVED Phone App [DID NOT] Unlock Another Lucid

Today I walked over to an AIr in parking at my club, thinking it was mine.. Same color and interior. The key did not work to unlock, so I used Lucid phone app and it immediately unlocked the car and opened trunk.. I threw my pickleball gear in the trunk and walked away.... I then went back...

    Is Lucid outsourcing?

lol. ok.... Batteries in key fob and visor, wiper blade and tire check.... nothing arcane or mechanical. That said, of course you want to make sure you follow recommendations, but it is not like missing an oil change on conventional car.
