I’m in the Gold Coast and can confirm that the Goose Island facility is great to work with. In June it will be one year and the soft ware improvements have been amazing. Inside it feels like a different car than a year ago. Enjoy yours when it arrives and just maybe we can have a Chicago area...

Are you saying that the compass direction is now appearing on the instrument cluster and navigational screen. I don’t use nav often but I have been advocating having the direction the car is going appear on the screen for some time.

I also use the EA (Target) station in Palm Desert. Two chargers there and 100% success at one of the 150’s so far.

Never saw that before. Also there was no manual in my car with delivery last June and never received any pencils!

I was able to enroll in Autocharge by putting my VIN into the app. Have not tried EV Go but will use it when traveling if necessary.

Since .35 I have had two occurrences where I have lost the ability to use the nav system. Both times the service center had to do the backseat module fix which takes about ten minutes to fix. This has been after an update. Overall the software is greatly improved but far from perfect.

This could be the start of something big

Welcome First EV. My experience with Goose Island service center has been very positive. A definite plus for us Chicago area drivers. After you get the car home just sit in it and go through all the menus getting an idea of what’s available.

Welcome priyank73, this is a great forum. I’m just south of you in the Near North neighborhood. It’s great being so close to Goose Island and the staff there has been great.

The crash videos give me a lot more confidence when driving on Chicago’s expressways and city streets. Good work Lucid.

My car is being transported and I’m getting repeated texts that read “Shock & Tilt Alert-Vehicle is being towed” I now know I should have disabled this but I cannot see how to this this from the mobile app. Any help would be appreciated.
