Agree! I have removed steering wheels in my time to replace with something more my style (Ford Cortina MK1 and on a Austin Healey Frog-eye) neither simply popped off and those were vehicles from the early 60's and vehicles are way more complex these days!
I have a HUD, it is average at best and to date the only feature I find to be beneficial is the orange triangle indicating that there is a vehicle on your left or right. This is duplicated in the wing mirrors but that require you to focus on the wing mirror. I purchased the HUD for two reasons...
This happened to me when the vehicle was on 3.4.1(?) I spoke with Lucid, they did something over the air and after a reboot the problem was solved. Not sure if it had something to do with payment method or the vehicle. The issue was present at both Tesla and Electrify America as it is for you
Could Lucid modify the app to display the version of the key FOB like they do for the current version of the vehicle software. I realize that it is fairly easy to have the FOB speak to my phone, however it seems like such an easy fix
I am of the opinion that Lucid marketing were / are living in a bubble, never understood how Timothy Chalamet added to brand awareness and my experience is that far to many people do not know who or what Lucid is. On Oscar night the tag line was "What is this thing." Hopefully new leadership...
I'm going for 8/10 they lose 2 points for the software bugs. It really is a fantastic drive, the fit a finish on mine is perfect. I had a few post delivery issues (squeaky 2nd row, & a couple of parts needing adjustment / replacement) I've had minor issues on most of the new cars I have owned...
I would not underestimate the European's ability to drive a Gravity through the eye of a needle. I learned to drive on the backroads and byways on the UK's country lanes and they all offer a lot of fun to drive!
I did in December, Lucid provided a loaner so it was not big deal. My Gravity was in to correct a few post delivery items and it came back with everything resolved. I thought the service at my SC was great!
Apologies, my issues are minor, if you can't charge and speed is limited these are significant. If the local SC can't help can they refer you to another SC for phone support at least
I've had my Gravity since October 2025. I have had my share of warning symbol's. My experience is they typically go away at the time of the next start or certainly after the car has had a good sleep! When I first had the car I questioned the wisdom of ignoring some of the more concerning...
Am I missing something here... If the module was unavailable when the vehicle was delivered, surely it should be stated and an IOU provided. Not sure why there should be a cost for an install even if the module is free. Just my two cents!
I would add the the carpet is the same quality and a perfect match, as stated on the site. It is an elegant solution, there is a 100k weight limit referenced but given that any heavy object would be disseminated across the cabin I don't see that as an issue. Worth the cost? Should it have come...
The Gravity Gap Cover arrived this afternoon. There was a surprise, for me at least, there are two sections, left and right. (did not read the description - such was the excitement!) This a really nice touch as it preserves one third row seat if required and also allows for easy storage...
