    Gravity PPF & Ceramic Coating

Not sure on current wait time, in the past, it usually 3-4 weeks out. They'll probably need the car for a week, and then a few weeks later for a follow up to make sure no bubbles show up. -iThinkEV-

    Gravity PPF & Ceramic Coating

OCDetailing in Fremont. They do a great job. I got a $10k quote for full PPF on the Gravity. I use Stek PPF, it's also hydrophobic, that plus the Ceramic coating, water will just sheen right off. OCD is pricey, but they do custom cuts and an excellent job. I've had about 6 cars done by them...

    My new Gravity.

The one GT I saw during my delivery also have the HUD cutout and glass on it. I don't know if it actually have the HUD, I'm assuming all GTs don't have HUD for now. So opting out might end up with the same dash/cutout/glass, etc. I'm waiting to hear back from SA on my concerns. -iThinkEV-

    My new Gravity.

HOW IT DRIVES!!! OMG! Not to make you guys jealous, but I'm glad I got it before you. It's the BEST SUV I've ever owned, and I've owned quite a few. It beats my Cayenne S in the handling dept, I feel like it beat the Range Rover Sport in luxury interior build (wife disagrees). This weekend...

    My new Gravity.

when I was posting. They all show up inline. Not sure why they end up being links instead. Sorry all. They were already too large, so I had to export them into smaller one before posting. I just drop them into the message window, and they all show up inline for me. -iThinkEV-

    My new Gravity.

It's more baseball glove brown than orange. I love it. I don't like dark interiors. So I always go for different colors when I can. My favorite of all my cars is the Pimento Red in the Range Rover Sport. I already have white in my Teslas. So I opted for the other only light color. Tahoe...

Not working Tesla wall charger but works with Tesla EVSE

But I'm using an old EVSE from my 2016 or maybe 2017 models. So it's old, and before NACS ratification. And they work fine. It's just the wall charger not working. I'm trying to avoid calling Lucid, which no doubt will be saying it's the Tesla charger. -iThinkEV-

Not working Tesla wall charger but works with Tesla EVSE

I did not try actually paying through the Tesla app. Because they were selling the plug and charge as the main NACS setup, I was just assuming it's working that way. But it's a good idea. Going to try that today. Already have payment method in the system. My cc shows up in the wallet in the...

Not working Tesla wall charger but works with Tesla EVSE

Been trying to test out all charging options with Tesla. Went to a V3 supercharger, plug connector in, charges for like 2 seconds, then stopped. Screen says require an extra step, I’m not sure what that extra step is. I thought everything is plug and charge. Will ping my SA tomorrow and see...

    Gravity Delivery Discussion

And for those wondering… It does come with a EVSE and adaptors, I didn’t open them, they’re wrapped, but I’ll assume it’s 14-50 and 10-30? I see 2 wrapped adaptors. Also comes with J1777 and CCS1 adaptor. And the usual DE swag accessories that’ll be shipped to you at a later date. this...

    Gravity Delivery Discussion

@JoeMa, no external button for frunk, other than the button on the key fob. The HUD….. hmmmm… unfinished product like everybody says. I see huge potential. The display is projected in such a way that it’s distant from the glass (almost like a projection further out on the horizon, hence their...

I was told that the DE numbering badge is random, there's no sequence to them. Guess it's not that special. :) -iThinkEV-

    Gravity Delivery Discussion

Ha... I fought and won. We're now back to picking it up tomorrow. Need to goto the bank and get a cashier's check. Weird they're not accepting ACH. Hard to resist waiting another 6 months. SA says it'll be the 1st GDE Bay Area delivery. -iThinkEV-

    Gravity Delivery Discussion

oh well. that's too quick. After submitting all the paperwork, wife decided we should just wait further down the year. she's not sure if there's reasons the 1st buyer decided not to buy. So we're now back to waiting. ARGH!! Here's hoping the next person in line behind me will jump on this...

SA just called. Buyer backs out of a GDE in Milbrae, CA. I can pick it up tomorrow (they said tonight, but I can't make it). I said yes. They're going to send me the details to finish up paperwork. Woooohooooooo!!! So excited. Was not expecting this. He said I was the 1st on his list...

Oh, in no way do I think it's ready for full autonomy. for most of my commute and road trip needs, it does a pretty good job helping me, I pay attention, but feel refresh at the end of a 6 to 8 hour drive. -iThinkEV-
