In March, mobile service advised me to do a “factory reset” (not advising, please discuss with service first) while waiting for a service appointment. At that time, I only reported issues with my driver’s seat, easy entry, backup camera and parking sensors. I learned to live with the...

I’ll keep y’all updated.

Well you got someone here in Dallas who has reported the loud, repetitive “clacks” at start up and my car is currently with Lucid service (Dallas services at Park Place in Fort Worth). “Clacks” happened 3 times after the most recent update (1st time after sitting parked for a few hours while...

I’ve experienced the same a handful of times with some very memorable near miss accidents (and I’m a good, cautious driver with no accidents or tickets in 30+ years of driving, knock on wood). Day 1 issue for me too after picking my 2025 AP in Dec. 2024. I’ve reported this to service, but it’s...

Hands down, Fathom Blue with 20-way PurLuxe massage seats! PurLuxe is super soft, comfy and looks brand new in mine after 5 months and 7k+ miles. Don’t forget the additional seat adjustments you get with the 20-way, like side bolsters and headrests — way more beneficial to your overall driving...

Currently have both a ‘25 Air and ‘25 Model 3. Honestly, my face crinkles up when I have to drive or even be the passenger in the M3. As for the Air feeling too big, maybe, but in a good way. Hardly anyone rides in the back for me too, but I have found that the extra interior space comes in...

I’m confirmed this week in Dallas and did receive an email yesterday from a studio advisor reconfirming my GGT test drive.

Just checked the reservation link for West Palm Beach and it’s showing there are still spots available on Thursday 5/15 and Friday 5/16. Saturday 5/17 is all booked. Hopefully one of those times will work for you vs being waitlisted.

Can’t believe you lumped us Air Pure drivers in with the ICE drivers. That disappoints.

Congats! Love the Fathom Blue Stealth Pure (I have the same)! Best tip I can pass along is to go to Discount Tire asap and buy the tire protection coverage for your very pricey new tires. It’s called “Certificates for Repair, Refund or Replacement” and will pay for itself upon first use.

Also best to keep a timestamp log with dates, times and photo/videos of the occurrences to share with service so they can better help you.

Heard directly from mobile service yesterday when asking about removing the aero covers from my 20’s. Hope I have your luck if I decide to keep them on!

Carpeted mats are currently in the rewards store. Might have to click on the Categories then Vehicle drop-down for them to appear.

Mojave PurLuxe comes with medium gray carpet and coordinating medium gray carpet mats. It’s named Graphite, but is definitely not a darker gray, as the carpet mats look in the Lucid store.

Oh my! I heard these can fly off on their own at 120+ mph. Hope that’s not why it came off.
