I agreed with that. I totally understand that they are overworked and not enough technicians to work on all the cars. My complaint was mostly on how they treated my car under their possession for over a month. I really thought they would stored my car inside a covered garage.

So to update...i finally got my car back from Lucid Beverly Hills Service for Year 2 maintenance. Car was dropped off on May 27, and I got it back on July 10...so over one whole month in the shop. I don't understand why my car needs to be in the shop to be "in queue" for a technician for that...

Yes…mine did the same today after last night update. It will default to old Drive Assist, and it won’t engage the hands-free even though I know the part of fwy I previously on many times had handsfree drive assist. There was no change in my steering wheel so it’s not that it can’t see my face.

Mine was doing that a lot also and also not even activating at all on major Los Angeles Fwy...UNTIL a member here suggest that I lower my steering wheel so that the Distracted Driver Camera can monitor your face constantly. Now it works like a charm.

Hi all...All of a sudden I noticed that my Front & Rear camera views doesn't seem"even"....see the red circles on the bottom left & right. Am I just crazy because all of a sudden I noticed this unevenness....can someone confirm with their car? Is this normal or do I need to have service look at it?
