Lucid Gravity GT Stuck Third Row

Common issue, both ours had this at delivery for one side and the other side for one broke later. The early versions of the wire that locks/unlocks is super fragile and easy to break if you brute force the handle. During our GT delivery I might've broke it while testing it the Lucid guy said...

Wireless charging speed vs. Android Auto or CarPlay

That would be a great DIY option!

Apple Music Spatial Audio (Dolby Atmos) via CarPlay in Lucid Gravity?

No worries, hard to monitor all the threads and search function somewhat works haha It would be nice if Lucid communicated their plans but maybe even they don't know. But either support through Apple Music app or CP Apple Music would be fantastic

Apple Music Spatial Audio (Dolby Atmos) via CarPlay in Lucid Gravity?

This has been mentioned passionately by several folks spread out in various threads but in general the idea is no Dolby/spatial and unknown if it is in the plans yet. Wired better quality than wireless - some folks may not be able to tell the difference like those of us playing toddler songs...

Wireless charging speed vs. Android Auto or CarPlay

IMHO builtin wireless charging in cars is a waste unfortunately. Its so weak and inefficient, wired is way better and next best would be third party mounted to be able to upgrade easily with phone and wireless standards.

    Gravity 3.5.1

You may need to have your cameras checked or re-callibrated. My DE is pretty accurate and the GT is off a little bit (had SC check but they said within acceptable range).

    Gravity 3.5.1

At this rate Lucid should plan to ship the Cosmos without fobs at all. Day one Key Card, Remote Start and PaaK 😅

They better make sure Gravity's HUD works before carrying anything over to the Cosmos

This might shed light on why automakers don’t go “all in” with CarPlay / Android Auto

Same, agreed. A lot of information they could get by just asking their customer base.

This might shed light on why automakers don’t go “all in” with CarPlay / Android Auto

That aligns with my naive understanding. I guess another way to put it is this - personally I've tried Hyundai, Cadillac, and now Lucid's native nav... and all of them haven't been able to convince me to use it. And the primary reason is just inferior routing, traffic, and UX. I think car...

This might shed light on why automakers don’t go “all in” with CarPlay / Android Auto

I'm interested in this case, because to me, they still have the car's nav/location/SOC data. What data would they lose here exactly?

This might shed light on why automakers don’t go “all in” with CarPlay / Android Auto

I agree they should use their own data to improve themselves. I guess my point is it is not mutually exclusive and needn't be made out to be. Having CP/AA doesn't mean they don't have access to that data anymore. Also, implementing CP/AA is probably even more human resource lighter than...

This might shed light on why automakers don’t go “all in” with CarPlay / Android Auto

So at least one AI agrees with my understanding, whew. So, if carmakers are unable the monetize the data that is supposedly the main reason for not all in on CP/AA... kind of negates everyone's main point about it? lol.... If GM, with so many cars, is unable to monetize their vast data... what...

This might shed light on why automakers don’t go “all in” with CarPlay / Android Auto

Um, English isn't my first language, but I'm fairly sure that means they aren't prioritizing monetizing data... lol
