I think the newer Lucid branded chargers are the only ones that aren’t doing this.

Loaner is being pickup up tomorrow. Only 2 days for the half shaft recall. Not bad but I was hoping I’d have the touring through the weekend!

I am really enjoying my Touring loaner. I might’ve tested the launch control today… Wow…night and day over my Pure RWD. Don’t get me wrong, the Pure is more than a fine car. But the Touring is next level and feels more like a true expression of what this car, and brand, are capable of.

So my car is currently being charged at the Miami service center and I’m seeing throttling on my app just as at home. Same thing. My loaner is also throttling on my home charger right now. Has to be software limited.

No doubt he was instrumental in developing the products we now know and enjoy, but there is also no doubt this company needs adjustment. It is not sustainable as is and I’m actually excited to see what changes are coming. The company needs new people to move it forward.

All reasonable points. It’s a lot of car for the money but still a lot of car to handle. If you’re not into that it makes sense to move on.

The Lucid driver who dropped off my loaner this morning told me that apparently there was some sort of internal memo sent out among all the service departments that said that they’re never going to push an update over the weekend ever again lol.

And apparently the electric Frunk is not standard on the touring now either. At least there is no electric Frunk on mine. This loaner appears to be a very stripped down touring.

One thing that is clearly noticeable to me is the rear and side cameras have a notably darker contrast.

Another interesting observation: the rear seats do not have a small screen near the rear center vents. Just a plastic rectangle cover. I suppose that's now part of an options package? My base 2025 Pure has the rear screen. As someone noted above, way more Regen as well in the Touring, much...
