    Still on .30. RWD Pure.

ZR1X vs. Sapphire (TL;DW: Sapphire takes the win)

I get it but they need to take the wins when they get them. We always talk about marketing here and their failures. Seems to me they don’t maximize on the viral stuff when it goes positive.

ZR1X vs. Sapphire (TL;DW: Sapphire takes the win)

This is insane. Lucid should be promoting the heck out of this.

    Question on using Cross Bars

Plastic covers are the worst design feature on the Air.

In the decision making stage Gravity Touring lease — GT vs Touring + DreamDrive 2 Pro?

If nothing else this thread shows that Lucid needs to do some work communicating the clear differences between all the DD (standard, premium, pro and 2).

Car locked with child inside and would not unlock

This happened to me again today when I got out of my driver’s seat closed the door and walked around to the right rear door where my almost 5 year old was. Doors locked up and I had the standard 5-10 seconds of waiting for it to reopen. It is definitely unnerving especially because the AC shuts...

The standard Surreal Sound (10 speakers) audio system

Apple Music via CarPlay usually. Granted I haven’t tried Tidal.

The standard Surreal Sound (10 speakers) audio system

I’m not sure I agree. I think the main front speakers in the model 3 are way clearer than Lucids. And I also had a 2023 SR before I got rear ended at 40+ mph totaling it. But, in any event, SSP for me next time if I stay with Lucid.

The standard Surreal Sound (10 speakers) audio system

The base audio in the Air is worse than the base audio in a Model 3 for sure. I had both. Assuming I stick with Lucid at the end f my current lease, I am not going to compromise on the upgrade sound system.

    Air Version 2.8.30

At this point on the Air-side of things I think all updates are paused while they get things back in order. They're straddling 3 (or maybe more including your case) different software versions right now across the model.

Lucid to recall over 2,000 vehicles in US due to drive power issues

I'm still on .30 so I avoided that whole mess but I am scheduled for service for the half shaft issue in about a week. Will be interesting to see if they find anything on this as well.

    A GREAT Gravity Experience

Good to hear. You've got to make a video to indirectly counter the Engineering Explained one posted a few days ago on the Air!

Car locked with child inside and would not unlock

On iOS, opening, the Lucid app can actually make it take longer in my experience. The fastest way to access the car at least on an iPhone is to take your phone and for me actually unlock it for @borski he’s had success, just waking the phone, not even unlocking it.

I’d say layoffs to the service department are starting to have an effect…

As I posted earlier today and another thread, I’ve had overall very good experience in Miami. They even dropped me off air loaners for every service to my house or my office.

    Air Version 2.9.0

Still on .30 and in no hurry!

Car locked with child inside and would not unlock

Most of the time when I press the door handles, they just stay smooshed in until the car eventually unlocks. It’s very rare that that has a direct unlock effect for me.

    Half-shaft bolt recall

They had a selection of open service dates over the next two weeks down here so preemptively scheduled for June. Waiting on a call back and will see what my car's status is. Down here at least I've always been provided with an Air loaner, usually delivered to my home or office.

    Half-shaft bolt recall

I got the notice for my 2025 Pure. It was recently in for annual service so I’m wondering if it’s been dealt with already.

Car locked with child inside and would not unlock

Still, I’m wondering what the fix is. The phone lock/unlock is the number 1 nagging issue with the Air, which is obviously well known. Are they saying it’s an issue with detecting weight on the seat and that a human may be inside?
