    Geely efficiency Vs Lucid efficiency

I'd like to see Munro tear this down, but I'm not seeing any major innovations in their hardware designs, at least in comparison to Lucid. Their marketing touts better latency in control software which makes me think they're simply dialing up tolerances to achieve these efficiency gains. Which...

    Customer Care Access

Could be part of their restructuring efforts? SMS service costs can easily get out of control even before layering any sort of chatbot automation on top. Maybe they're shopping vendors as part of a cost reduction effort.

Who do I report service issues to?

That's super frustrating. I don't see any reason not to try reaching out to Lucid about it but I wouldn't hold my breath for a favorable resolution. I expect better from Lucid but sadly it's not an uncommon tale in the automotive world. Years ago the principal of my local Audi owner's club...

    NHTSA 3.6.2 Update Notes

You Gravity guys were lucky enough to get official word from Lucid earlier this evening: https://lucidowners.com/threads/update-on-our-next-ota-release-post-3-6-0.16405/ edit: darn HC beat me to the punch!

    Santa Cruz Interior experiences

Santa Cruz wasn't my first choice but after living with it I wouldn't choose anything else. I feel like the light colors make it seem extra roomy inside. The seats have held up really well. I hit them with some leather cleaner once every six months or so and mine still look mint after putting...

    Is Lucid nerfing power output?

Certainly possible that they did switch. My point is, changing the tire compound is cheap and will make more of a difference than chucking the entire suspension.

    Vehicle to Home

It's funny to me that you're railing against large industry while at the same time asking that same industry to provide products you wish to buy. Using your huge battery when the lights go out is entirely possible today IF you are willing to put enough cash into building the solution. But...

    Changing wheels

I may be wrong, but I don't think Sapphire wheels will just bolt on to the other trim levels. Don't they use center locks rather than the normal lug pattern the other trims use?

    Is Lucid nerfing power output?

You can purchase the Michelin PS4s spec'd on the Sapphire for your GT. Better, non-EV rubber will make more of a difference than anything.

No errors, but reduced regen and acceleration

It's disappointing you had to figure this out on your own. I also had my pumps replaced as part of that service bulletin, but i was proactively contacted by Lucid before there was ever a problem. I guess that's yet another part of service that has suffered from cuts.

    Vehicle to Home

It's a shame that this functionality is getting all tangled up in regulations. How many people waiting on this functionality actually intend to sell energy back to the grid? I'd prefer my utility not even offer to take my excess energy. I just want full backup power integrated into my home's...

Air HVAC Buttons Glare / Reflection

Can't say I've experienced this for myself. but it sounds like your wife isn't affected so what's her solution? Maybe her seating position is different, try moving your seatback forward or backward so this glare isn't directed at your eyes?

    Lucid Air road trip

Nice mileage number! The drivetrain is super efficient but it takes a good driver as well as a good car to hit that kind of efficiency. You can find some lovely roads around that area. Hope you got a chance to push a bit. The seat cooling is one of my disappointments as well. It pulls air...

Bye Lucid Air and Another Dear Lucid... Letter

You're breaking my heart with that Emira experience. Never meet your heroes I guess. Really hope they get you sorted out quickly. Personally, the worst part about the whole experience would be the "didn't you just get this car" shtick from people. I think we're in for more of these service...

    Homelink He’ll!

I'd like to speak out against the MyQ product - this software is proprietary and wholly dependent on the garage door manufacturer's willingness to support it. If Chamberlain decides to shut down the service that runs MyQ then you're SoL. More realistically, if they decide to start charging 10c...

    Take Care of Your Windshield!

When you reached out to Lucid, were you clear that you needed a glass replacement rather than a repair? Others have posted their experience with Lucid replacing glass so I'm pretty sure service can do that for you. I'm thinking you told them you needed glass repaired, which would need to be...

    Referral questions

When I ordered my Air I was totally ignorant of the referral system, told my sales rep I didn't have one so he pulled a referral code out of his butt. I wonder if he grabbed a random one from this forum 🤔

American Specs Vs Middle East Specs

Right, but I'm wondering about differences aside from regulatory quirks. OP seems to think the HVAC systems are different? Like Miami_man said, I think it's more likely that any difference in HVAC is down to the differing model years OP has tested, rather than different HVAC systems based on...

American Specs Vs Middle East Specs

Are there known specification differences between the ME and US models, aside from regulatory quirks? Like borski said I'd chalk most of what you're presented up to the disparate model years, and probably manufacturing variances especially if you're looking at a super early 2021 model.
