Curious how those of us with surreal sound pro are going to listen to Atmos or lossless now that Title has stopped streaming. Or is it that Title still streams? Lossless just does not support Atmos anymore.

So update.... I went over everything with Tyler this morning. Everything is getting done. There is zero help from Lucid corporate or Lucid local on the price of the TCU or the service or the CCC v2.... Nadda.... not even a coffee cup offered. Truly could have been a wow moment for them to cover...

Yes.... So I just got off the phone with the service Director Robert. Super nice guy. The battery being replaced is at 92% they are replacing with 98% battery health remanufactured battery. Again... what I am bummed about is the lack of commination and poor setup of my expectations. As well...

I did try to get service information about the car from Lucid they would not provide it... All they could tell me is what it was equipped with. They would not share service history or ownership history.

When I took ownership from the prior owner there was no "service required" or "please update" or any warning. I only learned by research here my neighbor who worked for lucid UX team and online that I was on old software. I didnt know that the client never did service until right before I took...

They already ate the pizza.... Even @marqie sent me a DM quoting the warranty verbiage. Which I came to grips with.... and was slowly trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and get over it. Now to find out that they are replacing with used battery. vs what they said when I dropped it...
