Update: a new update notice arrived last night and installed without issue. Thanks @borski for the tip.

Customer Care put in some kind of case update / ticket to have the software pushed again. They estimated it might not happen until the weekend is over. Took the car out for a drive this morning, and everything still seems to be functioning correctly.
