I took a ~3000 mile road trip in my ‘25 AGT with DDP in June and had tons of recurring incidence with this, on my return trip. I cannot explain why it was so solid on the way out, and so flaky on the way back. I haven’t tried it on a long trip since then, so can’t comment on current incident...

I am concerned the sill will still catch on the bottom, and pull up the tape, but that’s probably a good idea to keep it more secure with the anchors also in place.

I recently pulled a bag out of my trunk well, and it caught on my trunk sill and broke it loose. It appears to me as if there are some anchors that have bibs on them, holding the sill in place, and mine are broken. I suspect this may have happened as part of some disassembly and repainting that...
