For A/C yes, but there are a number of other things that would be nice for camping like keeping lights off and doors locked. Creature comfort also disables interior controls, whereas for camp mode you'd want more interior controls available in the back.

But they're not required or even recommended. Just an extra convenience if you already happen to use those.

There are many threads on this. It should show almost exactly 2mph over real speed. Most if not all modern cars do this, silly liability reasons.

Could be wildly off base, but have you tried Sprint mode on an on-ramp? Not to hammer on the accelerator, but to firm up the suspension. It always felt a little off to me hitting curves in Smooth mode. Sprint felt like I was suctioned to the road.

It shouldn't. Phones work just fine and a regular cellular hotspot uses the same frequencies. Starlink is much higher frequency, and higher frequencies are much more easily blocked by thinner shielding.

For what it's worth, @borski tried Starlink in their Gravity and I don't think he found a good solution to using it while on the go. The windshield and glass roof have a metallic coating which blocks the signal.

The mobile charger has a light on it with different flash patterns for different types of errors. You can find the patterns in the manual. My guess is your mobile charger has a problem, not your car - is there another level 2 charger around you could try?
