Hey curious, did your order ship?

So placed an order for Lucid home charger 10 or so days ago. Is there a way to look up the order status on the Lucid page? How long does it take typically to ship from order date?

I use a 7 year old evGO charger and it works fine for the most part, except when charging is complete, the charger faults. But as long as it charges, I don't care.

yeah that looks like a defective pilot screen. Try changing the profile from the smaller screen up top to the right. It should drop down, select guest and then select your profile again. That solved an issue where the top part of my pilot screen was un responsive but that fixed it and it hasn't...

Old thread but it seems I have the same issue. I do have a different Residential evGO charger (no longer made) for the past 6 years that I have had no issues with charging my Volt but yeah with Lucid it charges fine but once it hits the 80% mark it'll be red. Resetting the EVSE, fixes the issue...
