You need to use the mechanical function of the door to open it. From the inside, pull really hard. This should open the door and subsequently fix the issue. This happened to me the first week as well, but I contacted service and they immediately told me how to fix it. It has never happened again...

I agree. An SUV is really mainly for the US market. A mid size sedan would probably sell very well elsewhere in the world.

I completely disagree. There are different teams working on these issues. It is not as if they are pulling people off current production to design new models. You would rather they do nothing while the other gets up to speed? The company would fail rather dramatically if that was the case.

We used to get stranded on the side of the road all the freaking time in my mom's Ford Econoline Van growing up. Once we even had the bonus of my step-father's Chevy truck dying right next to my mom's van when he came to pick us up.

I never charge mine to 100, but at 80% mine now shows a slight increase from when I first got it. @Coltonw011 - have you seen this as well?

Ahh, and that probably requires more cooling than the 150 (max I've used). I'd either try charging at a different time when you are going to be driving it more right afterwards, or try and 150 and see if it makes a difference.
