Which side are you approaching with the fob? I noticed the car senses better when either approaching from the front or on the left side. My Model S is similar and simply won't automatically open from the right side where the Lucid takes at least 10 seconds.

Charging with a high speed charger and stop and go 40-45 are not ideal for range. Do you accerlerate and decelerate slowly? Those habits will improve range.

This is a driving car, as in it is an incredible experience to drive it. So much so you will make excuses to go for a drive. If this is what you are looking for then you should think about getting it.
