As @borski mentioned Lucid has/had plans for an amazing AR HUD. It’s unclear if/when they’ll deliver those features. There’s been so many other bugs to squash or higher priority features to intro (CarPlay/AA), that it seems HUD took a backseat (pun intended). Hopefully, they’ll improve it...

If it makes you feel any better, as someone who has had this window issue multiple times, I can assure you there is absolutely nothing the customer service folks can/could do to get it closed, etc on the phone. Still sucks, I know.

I had to use the customer service number once in August last year during the worst part of the fob-demic. Thankfully, they picked up immediately and were helpful. I haven’t used since then. Just call the SC.

Piling on - they could really take some pressure off the SCs if you could schedule service in the app. Our SC just grays out all dates so you can’t even put in the issue and have them review. You HAVE to call the SC. They’re responsive, it’s just a waste of time for them to take my notes, etc...

The most obvious name here is Rivian. They offer a hotspot on the R1 models. But that’s not a game change for me as I can use my phone hotspot if needed

This happened to me with the 6.3.4 update and no amount of deleting my phone and resending will fix it. CarPlay works if plugged in, but not wireless. If issue persists, I suggest reporting to the software email from Lucid. They’re very responsive.
