I would call Customer Care. Everything is supposed to be through them. They’re supposed to be the custodians of any and all issues you’ve found with your car and they’re supposed to contact the Service Center for you.

Yeah, I had that happen to me when I installed 1.2.20 today. First time I've seen a percentage figure above 50%!!

Mine does that a lot. It says stuck at 0% for awhile, then slowly ramps up to 50%, where it also seems to sit for awhile. I don't think I've ever seen a percentage above 50%. After awhile at 50%, I get a message that the software update is complete.

Mine took about 90-95 minutes this morning!

My car was delivered with both of these scuff pads (sill plates?) curled up. The Lucid delivery guy said he'd seen other cars that way, and that pressing them down held them in place. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Lucid is going to have to replace them.

That's my plan. I'm on four dealer waiting lists for a C8 Z06. Hard-top convertible, of course. Looks like it probably will not be before the 2025 model year, but that's OK.

I suspect this will only be a short-term solution for me. If WeatherTech finally comes out with their version, I’ll almost certainly buy that as a replacement. I prefer the shade designs that are more rigid and fold up, rather than the roll up design of the Heat Shield.

Here's some pictures of the new design. A decided improvement. It fits properly, but is pretty big and unwieldy to install. Still, it's nice to have a windshield shade that is a custom fit for the Air.

Good to know! HeatShield sent me the revised windshield design a few days ago. I hope to have it by midweek. I’m looking forward to a properly fitting windshield sunshade!
