As RandomDesign noted, some older superchargers are only compatible with Teslas, and some of the newer ones are reserved only for Tesla use and won’t work with other vehicles. Tough to say if the was the charger or the vehicle without knowing what charger it was

Great to see you present on these forums, Nick. The latest update seems to have taken care of many issues. We all look forward to continued software updates and stability for the Gravity, and hopefully much success for Lucid as the narrative around the software changes with time

Hard to say exactly what happened there. I think I can safely say though that it wasn't given to a Canadian buyer and delivered. The Lucid showrooms in Vancouver and Toronto don't even have a Gravity vehicle for people to see yet. I don't think there have been any deliveries to Canada yet.
